The sun was out in its radiant light, but so too was the defiant northeastern wind... with a cool chill. It appears that the coach lived up to his statement that he doesn't select the team based on favorites or designated player with the omission of regular starters seated on the bench for the first quarter.

Daniel and Marco both got their start and rewarded the coach's trust with a goal each.  Using conversation from a group of Brampton parents who decided to remain and watch the Strikers because of the hype they've been hearing of how impressive the team plays.

Their credentials are all immaculate as soccer juggernaut because they all lived in Europe and one boast a son who plays for England under 18. "They spoke of the positioning, imagination and creative execution by Strikers. In addition, they made distinguished reference to a number of players on their reading of the game and ball mastery".

After all such euphoria of compliments I reverse into a exacerbated tone of writing.  It was appallingly embarassing witnessing such fine skills by the Woodbridge Strikers Boys wasted on a team in my estimation who has no right playing in the OPDL. Performance like this will only embarass opponents and demoralized their confidence... the soccer ball appeared to be "Hot Potato" they could not keep it for any period of time.

Not one to jump up in excitement, but the formation performed spotless inspite of the inferiority of the opposition. The boys seemed to understand the game plan and everything looked seamless. Pep Guardiola, once said that he is not concerned about how much goals Sterling misses, all he is concerned about is that Sterling gets into position.

Impressive 6:0 win with another clean sheet for Dreson who looked as though he wanted to be more active within the game. Everyone contributed significantly in the game.

Most soccer players who goes on to making it into the professional arena (0.012 percentage) comes from an elite youth team with collectivism across all levels including players, coaches, managers and parents.

Speedy recovery to Tayshaun M. the only player who didn't participate in today's game because of injury.

Firstly, let me extend congrats to coach Joe and coach Marco for the splendid job in the absence of coach Chris. WHERE WAS THIS BEFORE ?

The weather condition was very conducive for soccer. Did it materialized into a brilliant game of soccer especially in Woodbridge Strikers favor ? Playing against TFC OPDL boys from rumors one also has to contend with the referee's decision...we have witnessed it first hand. The roar by Strikers is always a determining factor of their vibes if they are in for a good game and today's shout could be heard from far and wide. Strikers sent a verbal message before a ball was kicked or the blowing of the referees whistle. Even in warm up gave the impression of cohesion, professionalism and focus. TFC came out from kick off as a rocket fired into space trying as best as possible in stopping Woodbridge Strikers Boys from playing out of defense. Brian is photographed in the above photo His excitement was hard to detect behind the humility and shyness of his personality. It took some convincing for Brian, Cristian's dad, to agree on doing a written article from a parent's view point. He was asked specifically to share from a parent's experience coming from a family that possesses a rich history in the sport. According to Brian, "Cristian's selection to travel to Southampton (UK) was a privilege to say the least. In addition to our regular Club training, Cristian attended additional goalkeeper training prior to departure, not knowing the level and caliber we were walking into.
