CORRECTION AND AMENDMENT

The writer apologizes for the incorrect information  posted in the blog with title "CONGRATULATIONS". It was written that twelve (12) goals were scored on Woodbridge Strikers and Cristian had  ten (10) clean sheets/shutout.     THE CORRECT INFORMATION IS ELEVEN GOALS AGAINST WOODBRIDGE STRIKERS AND  ELEVEN CLEAN SHEET/SHUTOUT FOR CRISTIAN. I take full responsibility for any inconveniences caused it was totally my error and never intended to diminish the valuable work of the team along with goal keeper.

CONGRATULATIONS

The 2018 outdoor season is officially over. What's next on the agenda? Well before we move on let's reflect on the final game and the season overall. The Woodbridge Strikers OPDL 05 Boys redeemed themselves in their Saturday's game (final game of the season) in respect to Wednesday night performance. London Whitecaps came with full conviction and commitment not to lose to the Strikers again. Their resilience could not prevent them from loosing twice to Strikers. In all honesty based upon our boys performance last night one would be biased if they disagreed. Therefore, what could have caused such a calamitous showing by Woodbridge Strikers OPDL 05 Boys in this game? Some suggestions as to the reason for the dismal showing by the Strikers: - Unaccustomed starting time. - Cold condition. - Past their bedtime. - Just a friendly no significance. All truthful facts but coincidentally the opponent's faced the exact same situations as our boys and ( their best defender was missing). Yes, I am dissecting this defeat for all the obvious reasons as we are invited into the TFC tournament plus going to Maryland tournament with high expectations of winning. However, with the showing I witnessed last night there might have to be some reconsideration. Everyone associated with the p
